About Coby
As of January 19, 2007 we became the proud forever family for Coby. He was a rescued dog who I found on Petfinder.com after my husband told me I could get a dog as my Christmas present. He was at the Akita Rescue right down the street. My son and I fell in love with him instantly. Hubby’s love for Coby came after we first met him. He was impressed with the size of the dog I had chosen.
Coby is a German Shepherd Dog / Corgi mix. His name used to be Borimir long before we got him. His whole litter was named for the characters in The Lord of the Rings. I am glad we met him as Coby because Borimir just doesn’t fit this fire cracker of a dog.
He loves to run around and be mischievous. He is too smart for his own good in a whole lot of of ways. He will be two years old on April 1st of this year. He can’t stand cats *except to try and eat them* or other dogs *except to try and fight them*. He loves my kid and us and that’s all that really matters.
